Loyalty Program
From September 2008 we are introducing a Loyalty Scheme
Each time you place an order or send us a new customer (just ask them to let us know you introduced them) you get a point, when you have amassed 3 points we will send you one of our "Matchbox Kits" and your points start from 0 again.
The Kit will change every few months so you should get a different kit each time. The current kit will be displayed here.

Postal Costs
We have reduced our postage & packaging rate to £1.50 per delivery address no matter how many items are ordered (to cover the extra cost of mailing tools we have put tool prices up accordingly).
Free postage for orders over £15.

If you are placing an order for more than one address please make a separate order for each delivery address (this keeps things simple and makes sure that the right package goes to the right address. Post usually takes about 4 working days and we aim to get your order out the day after receiving it.

Free Gift Wrapping Service
All of our hand made jewellery is packaged in pretty iridescent purple organza bags, making an ideal present or the perfect way to store your jewellery but in addition to this,we also offer a free gift wrapping service.

If you would like any of your purchases giftwrapped please let us know by email (email - gift wrapping details)along with whether you would like a gift tag to be included and what it should say. There will be no charge for this service.

We are accepting payments via PayPal as this keeps your credit card information secure. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this method and for more information please visit the PayPal website - www.paypal.com.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque please email us with your order and we will hold the items for you for a week.
