HOLIDAY CLOSURE 10.1.12 to 15.2.12
After 6 years without a break we are finally taking a holiday. We will be closed from 10th January to 15th February 2012.
WEBSITE ORDERS - Any orders placed during this time will be dealt with on our return in the order they are received. When we return we will email you with an estimated date for despatch (please remember we make everything to order).
JEWELLERY MAKING HOLIDAYS - I will be checking my emails at least once a week so please send me an email (click here) if you are enquiring about dates (I will not be able to update our diary during this time so our diary may be out of date)

Postal Charges and Delivery Times
£1.50 per order or FREE for orders over £20 and we aim to get your order out the day after receiving it.
(post to UK usually takes about 4 days)

Euros & Dollars
If you would like costs in euros or $'s, please email me the items you are interested in and I will give you a cost, if you then wish to go ahead with the order I will invoice you that amount in your currency.

Treat Tokens - Loyalty Program
We have introduced a loyalty scheme - Treat Tokens
Each time you place an order or send us a new customer (just ask them to let us know you introduced them) you get a Treat Token, when you have amassed 3 tokens we will send you a treat (this changes from time to time from kits to jewellery)

Free Gift Wrapping Service
All of our hand made jewellery is packaged in pretty purple organza or velvety bags, making an ideal present or the perfect way to store your jewellery but in addition to this,we also offer a free gift wrapping service.
If you would like any of your purchases giftwrapped please let us know by email (email - gift wrapping details) along with whether you would like a gift tag to be included and what it should say. There will be no charge for this service.

PayPal
We are accepting payments via PayPal as this keeps your credit card information secure. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this method and for more information please visit the PayPal website - www.paypal.com.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque please email us with your order and we will hold the items for you for a week.
