Wild carrot flowers in the prairie - Fused glass picture in oak stand.
One of my favorite wild flowers growing in long grass.
I drew the design for the flowers and grass and made a screen to print the design using glass powers onto the base glass, the flowers and prairie are made with glass powders and small pieces of glass placed by hand. The picture is a single layer of glass and was fused in my kiln for 12 hours. This piece has lots of texture.
The picture sits in a handmade oak base.
Each picture I make is unique, your picture will be very similar and I will email you a photo before posting.
